This grass fed organ meat packs high in vitamins as well as copper, folic acid, and iron.  It’s versatile as it easily cooks well with meats and veggies such as bacon and onions and makes a great additive to ground beef or meatballs.  Make pates or serve as a stand-alone dish. Our steers are processed at 18 to 20 months of age, which means the liver is extremely tender.

Each pack is approximately 1.5 lbs.

Our purebred Angus beef is aged which is only available through custom processing.  Our animals are grass fed and locally raised with no antibiotics or growth hormones used.
