The sirloin steak is cut from the sirloin where the T-bone, porterhouse, and club steaks are cut.  Pan sear with garlic butter and frites for a simple but delicious dish.  Use for recipes that call for the quality of sirloin steak.

Our purebred Angus beef is aged which is only available through custom processing.  Our animals are grass fed and locally raised with no antibiotics or growth hormones used.
