Always a company pleaser, Huntingdon Farm’s Rolled Rib of Beef offers characteristic marbling throughout the product.  Each Rolled Rib is tender and truly rich in flavor. We find that it is best served after roasting most of the day at 200 degrees. Yorkshire pudding flash roasted in the rolled rib’s drippings is a favorite accompaniment.

Our purebred Angus beef is aged which is only available through custom processing.  Our animals are grass fed and locally raised with no antibiotics or growth hormones used.
