This round steak is originally from the "round", the rear leg of the stear. The round is divided into cuts including the eye of the round, bottom round, and top round, with or without the "round" bone.  Based on the way we separate the loin, our rounds do not include the knuckle.

Traditional dishes include round steak and gravy, beef with noodles, and even stews.

Our purebred Angus beef is aged which is only available through custom processing.  Our animals are grass fed and locally raised with no antibiotics or growth hormones used.
