A Huntingdon Farm quarter of beef is traditionally how we’ve brought our high quality, grass-fed Angus to tables, homes, and families throughout our service area. Available for farm pickup or free delivery within in our service area, this is the most cost effective way to try a variety of cuts at the lowest price per pound. When buying from Huntingdon Farm, one does not purchase a front or hind quarter. Instead, customers receive a quarter of the animal to ensure fair distribution of premium cuts. Our quarters are fantastic for splitting with family and friends, building your own reserve, and restaurants looking to plate beef that is truly locally raised sustainably.
Quarters are approximately 110 to 120 pounds.

Our quarters are priced at the hanging weight of the animal at $6.25 per pound. This includes free delivery within our service area or on farm pickup. Every cut is individually vacuum sealed and packaged for easy transfer into your freezer. With a purchase of a Huntingdon Farm Quarter you can expect the following cuts:
2 Chuck Roasts
2 Sirloin Steaks
3 Round Steaks
4 New York Strip Steaks
2 Small Filet Mignon Steaks
2 Portions of liver
2 Arm Roasts
1 Sirloin Tip Roast
1 Rolled Rib Roast

50-55 lbs of lean Ground Beef
Our purebred Angus beef is aged which is only available through custom processing. Our animals are grass fed and locally raised with no antibiotics or growth hormones used.
